I want to unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe always from the email newsletter or simply log in into your account and click on the right circle button-portal on the website where you can manage your account, there is a toggle for email newsletter which you can turn off.

I want to cancel my paid membership

Simply log in to your account and you can cancel it from there. In the next billing cycle, you will not be charged but you will also lose access to the posts for paiying subscribers.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Scatchy does not accept returns if wrong size was ordered.

What should I do if I received a damaged item?

Please contact me at hey@scatchy.art within 4 weeks, provide images of the damaged product and for clearance description of the problem. 

What if I entered incorrect address?

If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

What if I ordered a wrong size?

Unluckily, the warehouse does not accept orders with wrong sizes, as these are customised products and not a wholesale. Therefore, no return will be accepted in this case. There are size charts in the description of the items, if applicable, please check them carefully.
